Lot 3641 Farnese Way, Banksia Grove, that we have put in an offer to buy, is part of a house and land package offered by a fairly new project builder called Ben Trager Homes, specialising in double storey builds.
Having gone through the preliminaries, we paid our initial deposit to BTH having signed a preliminary agreement to undertake soil tests, surveys, etc. Those seem to have come back without any major issues so now we are scheduled to review the contracts, along with the working drawings, and have booked prestart to happen in 2 weeks' time.
That means - horror of horrors - that we have to make sure we complete all our selections before then!! Since weekends are the only time we have available to do this, it's going to be a bit crazy for the next couple of weekends. Especially since half the building materials - related stores don't open on Sundays, in the lofty wisdom of the WA government.
